Does any one here know or understand why Peter McCullough owns the domain name bareve.co.uk?

so that someone else doesn't.

If you put that domain into your browser address bar it returns the versatile HPR forum.

Not illegal.  but would be if for instance it redirected to the pages of a different kennel name.

I emailed her privately to let her know this but have not heard back yet.

I am doing a piece on fit for function and I know she has some very nice pictures of Freddy on the move which I wanted to show someone. Everytime I typed in bareve.co.uk up came the versatile forum. I did find Sharon's actual web site under www.bareve.com

Its a case of someone playing games, sadly its something I have got used to in wires in the last 20 years, but I expect it goes on in all breeds to one degree or another  Sad  Sad

Thanks Guy for this link - I'm going to go and have a look at it as for quite a while the link was pointing towards my own www.bareve.com website but then it was re-directed to their own personal website.  Then it went to their GWPC rescue website (GWPC as in German Wirehaired Pointer Charitable rescue - made to look as if it was the main GWPC breed club rescue) now it is to the versatile website.

I suppose I should be flattered that they so want to be connected to such a well known kennel  Very Happy  Laughing  Very Happy  Laughing
