Hi Danielle

How about some background on you and your boys?

I live in New Zealand and try to train Liesel, my first GWP and gundog, for trialling.

Welcome to the board Danielle,

Good to see some traditional gundog names that almost exude German Wirehair Smile  like laderhausen and lager Smile
Hope you enjoy your stay here, lots of `god own country' members here so the lingo shouldn't be a problem Wink

Well the sire of gunnar is from kennel kragborg in Denmark and he was inported to Scotland by a mr Cris Gray of the Trudvang kennel. Otto's sire is Gunnar and he is only 5 months old. We show gunnar and have had some success taking various best puppys and best of breed. Otto is due to go to show on april the 16th. We live on a shooting estate were gunnar will be starting to work next season. Gunnar has almost finished his training and otto is only just beginning. Both of our boys are liver and white ticked and they are both loved dearly by everybody who knows them. I would be interested in hearing from anybody with these lines. What are your breeding?

Welcome Danielle.  Maybe I will meet you at a show at some point as I show my weimaraners.  Haven't done too many open shows of late due to concentrating on the working side but I'll be doing a handful here and there.  You mention a show in April, is that the HPR Club of Scotland show by any chance?

I though that I read it as his sire had been imported in by someone in Scotland....maybe I'm going dafter [or Guy and Bill are] which wouldn't surprise me one little bit Twisted Evil  Twisted Evil
