Hello everyone.

I have worked my labradors on shoots in the past but only recently (5 years) moved over to German Wirehaired Pointers and been beating with our older gwp.  We currently have 7 gwps, 3 of which are youngsters.  I hope to do more working with our new import who has done some working in Holland but I am just getting him used to understanding english.  Did HPR training last year with one of our bitches who my niece plans to work this year, and will be starting training soon with our new boy.  Just got to pick up the courage and start entering some working tests this summer and hopefully do some field trials later on in the year.

Hi Maxine

Ashleigh will be 13 in June, she is really looking forward to doing more work with Katie, wish Katie would listen to me like she does for Ashleigh.  Ash wants to enter the swifthouse test of work instead of showing on bank holiday Monday so will probably do that.

I know Ash is really keen to do some more training with her new puppy but think Ellie needs a bit more time to mature so she will be training her at home this year and hopefully do more next year with her.

Hi Tracy,

Keep her at it - I know when I watched her last year she was a natural.

You can just pay her to train all your dogs for you  Smile  Smile  Smile

Ashleighs payment is being allowed to come and train the dogs as she is not allowed a dog of her own at home so she does really well considering that non of the dogs live with her.
