I watched the first half but went to bed. I thought the pheasant bit was fantastic, the way he said that pheasants are good for the countryside.

It is repeated on sunday at around 6pm I think.

Was there a pointer on there as well?

I have to admit i was not really paying attention either - my wife chirped up saying 'Oh look you were in this part of the country at the weekend'. (which i was) and then saw who it was. They were partridge counting.

I missed it too but someone on the N.O.B.S forum said that it is repeated at 6pm on BBC2 on Sunday evening.
