bad timingCatja has just started spotting blood - yesterday! she is entered in the Breed Club Show in Germany on 17th - is it to late to put her on some form of contraception?

Years ago I had a GWP bitch who came in season on holiday and the local vet gave me ovarid and this stopped the season but she did come in again once we came home and stopped the tablets. This was OK as didn't upset her at all.

Just be aware that it can affect some bitches fertility in the future if you are thinking of breeding her.
If she started in season yesterday then by my reckoning on the 17th she'll be on day 20 of a 21 day season assuming Brits are in season for 21 days. Mine have usually finished around day 18 though not Brits.

As Claire hes said she should be almost out, are the rules different over there re showing bitches in season in this country im sure most people would show if it was an importend show

I think I might be tempted to risk if if it is day 20/21. My bitches are usually out by then anyway.
