Beginner HPR training course and test in south east?

Was looking through the gundog club site and see they have beginner HPR courses and tests. But none in the south.

Does this mean there are no opportunities to train on a course in the south east? I'm looking for a simple introduction course with a view to taking a test at the end as I think a goal will be good to follow.

Ideally I'd like to still use positive reinforcement and train with food etc.

Give Pippa a ring at The Gundog Club Lou. If you read her training pages she uses clicker sometimes too. She may know a trainer in the South East that will suit you.

You don't have to do a HPR course - if you're doing Gr 1 or 2, it's only basic retrieving and a short stay, recall and on lead heelwork - nothing which a HPR can't do.
