Bitch irregular cycleI have two Hungarian vizslas from the same litter aged 2 years.
The 1st one came into season around 6 months then missed a cycle then came on again in March of this year. The other came into season around 6 months and has since missed two seasons. Should I be concerned, I do feel a little anxious.

From what I can gather Vizslas tend to cycle around 9 - 12 months. If you are concerned, ring your vet for advice.

Some vizslas are hit and miss with seasons strangley my imported bitches cycle like clock work every six months but my Uk bitches tend to go 6-10 months.
I have one bitch who is 17 months old and has never had a season.

Seems as though I am expecting too much form her, I will just enjoy her company and see what happens, thanks.

I have two Brittany bitches - one comes in season every 6.5 months like a clock regardless of having puppies, the other comes in every 4.5 months also having had a litter (bred far too young, breeder got her back, which is why I have her) I will be taking to have her checked out but they seem normal seasons and without knowing her history it's a wee bit worrying.
My GWP was 13.5 months on the dot - now spayed. I think all bitches and breeds are different.
