can dogs read?I just happened to be reading an article about how 2 year old dogs can suddenly find their feet and make a bid to do it all their own way.
When what should happen next time out but she did just that. I was gobsmacked at the audacity of the little bitch!
Needless to say we had a 'conversation' about this behaviour and parentage 
Jokes apart - Some of it may have been due to the time of night - nearly dusk, some that the ground had held three solitaire partridge and probably recent rabbit. no breeze (landlocked patch of set aside surrounded by chest high barley.
Returned there this morning for a short session and she was very well behaved and obliging.
