Congratulations to Claire - sorry I forgot to say it in person, me was knackered by then and forgot my manners!!!
Mike

Some very good results for forum members Very Happy

Some I know and some I don't, but well done all!!!!!

Met Langhaar in the BASC ring whilst being judged for the working pointer, setter, HPR bitch IIRC must say it was nice to see such a large number and such a variety of working Gundogs in one place. How the judge could choose between them was beyond me!

Had hoped to meet a few other forum regulars but unfortunately spent a lot of the day hanging around Harleys bench (with so much pond life walking around the show with access to the dogs we just didn't feel comfortable leaving him unattended)

CONGRATULATIONS Claire!

My brag is we came second in Junior Bitch. Was so chuffed with her. We also entered the basc class and got through the first cut but she chose another gwp. We did have our pic taken by David Tomlinson though Very Happy

Unfortunately, I missed Pippa's (springer) BASC class as I wasn't organised enough to go over and see when it was - oops!

Well done Helen, that's great!!!!
Claire

Congrats to everyone that got placed or won their class ! I just looked up the GWP results and saw your placing Helen, so very well done. Means you get to go to Crufts again next year Wink Sadly we missed the gamekeepers class because our breed judge broke for lunch so the breed judging clashed and there was no way I would get from Hall 4 to Hall 2 in time Rolling Eyes Sad

Helen I tried your mobile a few times yesterday but could only get your answering service. Did you have it switched on ? Or did you forget to charge it ? Laughing

After judging, apparently the weim judge said that Whistle easily won her class and he seriously considered her for the RCC but she was just too immature. Errrr that will be why she's in junior and only 17 mths old then Laughing
Helen

I think you might have my old number! I was kicking myself I didnt have your mobile number in my phone but I was so busy all day, I couldn't have spared time away from the rings really.

Well done again Whistle! What an achievement. She's in for great things! I'm assuming you're entering SKC?

Helen
Claire

Ah ! I'll get your new number of you then. I did think you would be busy but thought if I knew you were definitely there I would make an effort to get away from the rescue stand and come over to Hall 2. Was a right pain the halls being so far away from each other.

I will defo be at SKC, showing on the Friday and in the awards office from Friday - Sunday. Take it you are coming up too ? Smile
Helen

I didn't finish in the keepers ring until after 2, I think it was. It could have been later! Managed to get just over an hour walking around before we could leave. I was exhausted!

Yep, doing SKC.

Well done to everyone, I was 5th behind Helen with Rumour was pleased with this as she moved well for her being the nutter she is still not standing well, there were only five in class and Maverick was 2 of 2 in Veteran think that perhaps that will be his last Crufts, no mention of Chris c on here she had 2 seconds with her younr Weim dog and won the field trial bitch.
