Welcome Jim
Loved your website and looking at the great photos of the HWV's especially Iram. Had found his photos on the net before and thought he was living with Zsofia - can't wait to see him in the flesh.
Have you got any spare day/s for a group of us to buy a shot over day on your ground?

I am sure you will get lots of advice on this forum although you seem to be doing very well already. Iram is a lovely looking HWV no wonder he has done so well.

Wow! you're website is very impressive I love the training pics of the pups!! | thanks lisa i'm pleased you like them, many trainers would be horrified to see pups of such a young age retreveing and introduced to live game, but i have found its a must if you want good drive and be able to work at distance with this breed, many people say the are very easy to train which is true to a point, but they are also very easily made ordinary, there are many small points needed to make a good dog !! and puppy training is one of them, the whv has a very complex mind and any mistakes are not always rectifyable, the breed is certainly not for the hard or heavy minded trainer, even slight body language is picked up by the breed

Oh right - the same as we did with Freddy then - fabulous.
Thanks for your comments on our dogs - we are proud of what they have achieved and what others we have bred have and are achieving.
As for the shot over day - I'll PM you - thank you very much
