Steadiness training opportunityI had Moss (Brittany) and Briar (ESS) out for a run this morning, just doing some distance sits, focussing and recalls. When I let them go for some free running they were soon joined by half a dozen swifts, I imagine their running was putting up insects. Not wanting to miss the opportunity I sat Moss and has him stay while the swifts flew just past his nose and buzzed close by him in every direction. The desire to have a go at them was obvious but he managed to resist the temptation, even when I moved to 50 yards away.
