WANTED - SPANIEL

Unusual this I know.... I have an excellent home for a working springer spaniel pref bitch as their is already another bitch in residence and they don't want any mishaps. Gundog training not essential as training will be given to the right dog but basics would be good.

This is a good working home with a gamekeeper at an agricultural college that will be kept in the family home with older children. There is good medical facilities onsite so again the dog will be given the best of care.

Ideally the dog should be 6months +

If you have a dog that you feel might be suitable please get in touch. Sadly the keeper is only interested in spaniels (otherwise I'd have persuaded him to have a weimaraner Very Happy ) so sorry but no HPR's or Labs.

I realise that this is an HPR forum but as several of us have dual breeds I thought it worth posting.

Dogs of all breeds come up at Battersea via the working rehoming and rescue co-ordinator that are not suitable as couch potatoes, so that is a venue that is worth exploring.

Have no idea what they charge for a donation though.
