Nice picture, Grey looks lovely.
My boy, Fuzy had paws that looked more like those belonging to a lion cub He didn’t end up a huge dog; average size but with big paws. He will be four years on the 20th Aug.
He weighed 13kg at 12 weeks and at 21 weeks 23.5 kg. He's around 35/36 kg now - _________________ Denise Danny & Fuzy
I've long admired that pic of Fuzy getting over the vertical jump! Glad to hear here's doing so well. I thought that Grey might end up 30-35KG. I saw Clooney in the flesh and I think he'll be as big.
I'd love to meet up with other grown up slovaks sometime.

Hi Lou
Are you a member of the SRHP Club?
We are holding a fun day in September, not sure if the date has been confirmed, but could be the 28th Sept near Hull. Members will be notified
It would be great to see you there.
Josie - I read through the beginning of this thread. The bits where you had noticed differences with weims and slovaks. Now at nearly 21 weeks I can say boy Grey is the opposite to girlie Grey. He was always bothered by me going out. He's much better now, but still has to be tricked that we're going out. He stops crying quickly and goes to sleep. He wasn't happy for me to go to another room and him not until 16 weeks. He is very cautious with water. Despite him having a best friend springer bitch who swims for england, he will at the most paddle in to follow her up to his knees. Without her he wouldn't go in at all.
He is super dog friendly and also people friendly. He's very prominent at puppy class! He does the prey pouncing thing with his toys, but doesn't play much without interaction from us. He sleeps if we're not playing with him. He's more or less where I left him! He wakes up if I leave the room and follows.
He adjusts his play style to different dogs. Bold enough to play with much older and bigger dogs. Gentler with smaller dogs.
He likes the family group to stay together. If one of us crosses the road and leaves the group he will become very vocal.
He's a bit of a hoarder. Playing a simple game of retrieving the ball or toy results in him running back just out of arms reach and then away. So no ball or fetch obsession.
I've tracked down a littermate of his. A brother. Will be meeting up soon. That will be funny.
