If I can remember well something like that but I am not 100% sure.
I will ask him and tell you. I also know that he has dogs from Italian/Serbian lines from Del Nero kennel.

Cheers Viktor

I took the donkey to the beach this afternoon. Conan is turning into a biddable little chap.

I walked near the shore and I spotted some dowitchers I think, they were about the size of Snipe, starting to roost near the shore.

So did Conan!

Pity they flushed as he stalked closer,

Still, he gave them a follow up sniff,

Job done he was on to the next exciting smell,

I ended the session with a couple of difficult retrieves,

Good Boy!

How many generations before the night vision Brittany breeds true and can you switch them onto day mode to save the batteries?

Night vision is built in to ALL Brittanys - it can be a pest though as they can see you but you can't see them (well some of them you can if they have a lot of white on them) Laughing   And I thought most people know the type of batteries Brittany's run on - EverReady Extra Power  Rolling Eyes   Wink

In the summer I would throw the dummy in the field by my Grandfathers house, as far as I can, and send them into the pitch black for a retrieve. They must have good night vision and great noses cause they are back with it in a flash!

Yes, it came and went again very quickly - thank goodness Rolling Eyes I like looking at it and providing it isn't perishing cold with it, I like going out with the dogs in it, but it don't half look a mess afterwards Wink
