That's some shot. Bravo, Lisa.
My most memorable moment, probably sounds pathetic given Beecham was nearly 3, was watching him do a beautiful retrieve on his first ever cold game, a partridge. Many thanks to Mr Munstyman for that one.

Most memorable moment for me was Rosie my Brittany pointing a woodcock, then flushing it. I winged it as it flew over a large sloe bush. I sent the dog who went round the left side of the bushes. I then witnessed the woodcock make his way through the bush back towards me. It popped out about 15 feet in front of me and hid behind a rock. My buddy was shouting from the far side “She’s on it!". I then watched my dog slowly but methodically work its way through the bush till it froze on point inches from the woodcock. The Woodcock fanned its tail in surprise or anger and the dog picked it up. It then raced over to me and popped it into my hand. Priceless!

mine was probably watching both dogs go into water after shot duck past a rotten dead one that the lab on the shoot had point blank refused to go and retrieve and then the lad going back for the stinking one despite not wanting to retrieve it with a little encouragement he did and for that I am very proud of them both.
The funniest thing was the Graf doing a lovely retrieve on partridge dumping it at the feet of the gun that had shot it (said gun was very surprised) and then half way back to me remembering who he's supposed to be giving the birds so went back took it off the gun and brought it to me.... needless to say a few red faces alot of laughing but I'm still very proud!! |

My best is when my hawks have a kill on the ground and the dogs are sitting next
to the hawk and not ran in to make the retrieve but the next day they could be
picking up _________________ Don't listen to the voices |
