18 month old Male GWP needing a new home.

Super temperament
Good with other dogs and people.
Retreives
Swims
Points

Just extremely boisterous, and the gentleman said he dosent have the time and he thinks he has bitten off more than he can chew, he has labs as his main dogs.

He did say that if the time was spent on him he thinks he would be a great worker.

If you know anyone that could give this boy a new permanent home, doing what wires love best, then please PM me.

Cheers

Trace

He is in Scotland.  It might be a bit far for them.

He would be an excellent worker in the right hands, everyhting is natural to him, he just has a lot of energy Rolling Eyes

He is just a typical male juvenile GWP.

I think I have found him a home with a guy who already has GWP's, his dogs are his liveley hood as he is a sporting agent and spends a lot of time Grouse Counting and picking up once Grouse Season starts.

A couple in Caithness were interested in him, but they have no experience with wires and are surrounded by 1000's of sheep.

He has never had an encounter with sheep and I think inexperienced hands, juvenile male wire, sheep......Receipe for disaster!!!!  Laughing

I should rephrase that as "Potentially a receipe for Disaster"

This dog needs a home for live, as he has spent the first 12 months of his live is poor conditions, this guy that has him now has looked after him(he has had him 4 months) but just cant cope with the energy and hunting instinct of the wire Rolling Eyes

If the guy doesn't want him, it might be worth contacting the keeper in Northumberland who is after a gwp.  He doesn't have experience of wires but has taken on gsp's who have been ruined by people.
