Hi Guys,

Thanks again for the support,Just been out postering a new area as we've had a reasonably confident sighting on the edge of Bishop stortford, Herts.
Although it was last wednesday at about 7.30pm...hopefully we might get a couple more calls from the posters, jogging memories...we'll see.

Are there are point to points near you that might be worth attending? You do get people from all over the area at them.

That's almost 2 months he's been gone.  Someone must have taken him in and not reported it.  He can't surely have survived this long without human assistance?  I do hope this sighting is positive and you can now get him back.  I can't understand people taking animals in and not saying - they are all owned by someone -, even my ducks!  I'd be furious if they wandered off and someone kept them.  Someone was feeding my cat and I gave them a good telling off as he's MY cat not theirs, and they had 6 of their own!

Cross posted from Gundog Training Forum:

Jon and Shelley Haggerwood are following up a reported sighting of a Bracco in Eastbourne on Sunday at about 12 to 12.30. Obviously this may well have been someone innocently walking their own dog but the Haggerwoods need to eliminate it for their peace of mind. I know that some of you here have Braccos so if you were on Eastbourne seafront on Sunday with your dog or know of a Bracco owner who was, could you please let them know, or let me know and i will pass it on to them. Many thanks.
Gill

I have forwarded the recent email from Jacob's owners along with the photographs of him to Our Dogs Breed notes editor and Facebook Manager.  They will both assist by publishing these.

I've just read about the woman who tricked you. I would love to wring her scraggy neck !

Still wishing you luck and a happy ending.
