Hi

I've owned 2 weimaraners in the past but never quite had the time or energy to train them properly. I did enter a couple of tests but didn't exactly set the working world on fire! Number three came along at 7 months of age and was so biddable i thought I'd have a go. It's me that needs the training more than him so this site should be ideal Rolling Eyes

Only been on here for the past 5 mins and I've already found more info than I know what to do with. If I can get the wimp to swim I'll be well away

mmmm. I've got to stick with it though because he's a natural. He came 2nd in the GSP Club scurry held at the camping weekend. 70 yrd seen retrieve in 15 seconds- I don't know who was more surprised that it came back directly to hand - me or the GSP owners!!!- I think I'm going to have to spend a few more days up to my navel in smelly pond water
