As to the answer that I would have given to such a silly question...

My friend doing the Silver was asked an unusual question:
'Your friend announces she's pregnant, what do you do?'

I would deny any involvement in the deed.

We also passed the gold the other week after being asked to make up the numbers at the last minute. No training or advanced notice I didn't even get a chance to read all the possible question.......we were lucky that all the question that we had seemed to be dog related.

Also, well done OneSpin. Oh and LOVED your answer to the silly question.

I reckon the examiner really wanted to ask about having a new baby in the family (ie dogs should receive same amount of love & attention thing, which I had in my silver) but perhaps she thought my friend was too old or something (not that I'm suggesting the examiner was ageist!) and, consequently, mis-phrased it. It's just interesting that she later said that more attention would have to be paid to the green sheet to pass the gold... This friend has taken the silver 5 times and the gold once in the last year with four dogs (NOT one!! One dog failed once as she decided she didn't like to play with other dogs watching...) but she didn't fail because of this question.
