Someone told me on Sunday to give Belle raspberry leaf now before she comes in season - said it would calm her down as she was jumpy and a bit snappy with another dog sniffing her.  I think she has about a month to go.  Any ideas on this aspect of it?

This may help explain it a bit more.

I think I'll refrain from this for Belle as although she's jumpy a month or so before she's due in, I want to mate her this time round so don't want to run the risk of aborting. Thanks for all the info.

Use the tick boxes on here http://www.bachshop.co.uk/catalog...=3dc645b2c813f9b3a3c36679fcacf794 and see if a Bach Flower will help her.  Try not to tick too many......

hi Pat. I know its too late now but my mother uses raspberry leaf tablets for all of her bitches and they all manage to produce pups calmly and rather effortlessly. I drank raspberry leaf tea every morning before i had molly and my labour only took 2 hours. I would advise this for anybody to give there bitches.
