Hi Kiwi, the Smiths Crisps dogs Munchit and Crunchit were both G.S.P.'s back in the days before we civilized the breed ! Laughing  Laughing  Gawd help any poor creature that came within range of their jaws - that incuded his Lordships pheasants  Exclamation  Laughing

I would not be at all surprised to hear that they were prominent in many Wirehairs pedigrees - quite a bit of that went on up here ! Wink  Laughing
